Not bad, I like your stuff. I completely agree about most of these such as punctuality and self-presentation.

I agree with everything you just said. The majority of stress that college students experience is from the lack of organization. Sorting out one's priorities reduces the potential for a mega break down in the long run.

I've said it about million times and I'll say it again: you are one of the hardest workers I know and if anyone asks me for my opinion about you, I will gladly tell them the honest truth that they'd be a fool not to hire you. I definitely agree that a professional image is necessary in the business world in order survive, that's exactly why Public Relations even exists to begin with. I think as a person that knows you, you obviously are one of the few that can actually work hard and play hard as well. Some people, however, have not found that balance yet and those are the ones that need the separate accounts. But personally, I like your professional AND your sassy Tweets; they show the world the real Rustin that I respect and admire.

Great post, fantastic points! Not only do I fully agree, but I also practice the same. If you are not going to hire me because you don't like who I am outside of work, then I don't want to work for you. We all have different personalities when in different situations. Some are more professional, some are more relaxed, the key is I know when each is appropriate to use. Maybe employers should worry less about what their employees are doing outside of work, and focus more on what they are accomplishing during work. I may have fun on the weekends but I know how to get my shit done during the week!

Love the posts, keep them coming! The email update subscription is fabulous! Loved getting a notification email about your new post! <3

I stumbled onto this site from Facebook. I think you showed it to me a couple weeks back in the senate office. I don't give out compliments that much, but you deserve some here. This is SO legit. Please keep writing and uploading new posts. Do you have a fan club? You are really talented. I just starred this page into my bookmark bar. For realz, keep up the good work. Hope you had a great holiday. I will see you around campus.
